Regional authority Westphalia-Lippe
The regional authority Westphalia-Lippe (LWL) with more than 150 institutions and approx. 12.000 employees works in the field of welfare, psychiatry, youth and culture.

One focal point of the LWL is the Westphalia regional Media center. 260.000 geographic pictures and 3.000 aerial views document westphalian landscapes, people and their daily live in the course of time. In 1993 the Media archive switched to computerized documentation of pictures and uses our MAM-System.
