Which technology does M@RS use?
M@RS is a web application based on J2EE-technology and a 3-tier-model:
The Oracle database is integrated in M@RS and masters even the most complex reasearch queries quickly and reliable. Due to the open system architecture and the deployed internet and industrial standards, M@RS can be easily integrated in your existing IT framework.
This includes the support of user directories such as LDAP and ADS to, e.g. realize the single sign-on. M@RS can therefore also be integrated easily into portals.
