  • We have pre-reserved a room contingent for event participants in the following hotel.

  • Motel One Oper

    Room: "THE ONE" for single use, 16 m² with queen size bed/king size bed*.
    *Please note that this room category is equipped with a wardrobe, but not a closet.

    • € 122,08 Euro per night room „THE ONE“ for single use

     

    The above prices are exclusive breakfast in the amount of 15.90 € per person per day, as well as including local tax, service and VAT valid at the time of stay and WLAN access..

    Cancellation deadlines: Each individual reservation can be canceled free of charge until the day of arrival, 6 pm.
    Rooms cancelled after this date will be charged 90% of the above room rate excluding breakfast.

    Airport transfer

    From Vienna-Schwechat Airport you can reach Wien Mitte (right next to our office) in 16 minutes by City Airport Train (CAT).
    Tickets can be purchased online in advance.

    Alternatively, you can be taken directly to the hotel by airport driver/taxi. You can book these online in advance at a fixed price with these providers.

     

    Metro & Co

    In Vienna itself, depending on the hotel and the day of the event, the best way to reach the event locations is via metro or on foot.

    Public transport ("Öffis") offers various season tickets and special tickets for visitors to Vienna. In the online shop of Wiener Linien you will find the details and can purchase the tickets online in advance.
